1. Service Description
Iron Oak Sites ("we," "us," "our") is a managed website service operated by M. Shores Tech, LLC. We build, host, and maintain professional websites for small businesses for a monthly subscription fee.
2. Subscription & Billing
Service is billed monthly at the rate agreed upon at signup. Your first payment is due when your website goes live. There are no setup fees. You may cancel at any time — your site will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
3. What's Included
Your subscription includes: website design and development, professional copywriting, hosting on a global CDN, SSL certificate, SEO optimization, content updates (text and image changes), and ongoing maintenance. Additional pages beyond the standard 5 are available for a one-time fee.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (text, images, logos). Content we create for your site (copy, layouts) is licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, we will provide your site's source files upon request.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, or to host content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
