We use the following third-party services to operate: Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Stripe (payment processing), and Postmark (transactional email). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

5. Cookies

Our marketing site (ironoaksites.com) does not use cookies or tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking tools on this site.
